The Autism Parents’ Club
Real voices. Real experiences. Real support.
This isn’t a textbook. It’s a collection of honest, sometimes raw, and deeply personal stories from people who understand autism parenting first-hand.
Written by Ritu Kiran, founder of Autism Parents’ Club, the book brings together the experiences, reflections, and insights of parent-carers, professionals, and advocates who have supported families on similar journeys.
No two journeys are the same, but many of the questions, emotions, and challenges are shared. Whether you’re at the beginning of your journey or years into it, this book offers understanding, encouragement, and the reassurance that you are not alone.

Meet Ritu Kiran
Founder, CEO, Author
Ritu Kiran is a passionate advocate for autistic individuals and their families. As the CEO of a neuroinclusion platform, she has spent years helping organisations create more inclusive environments while supporting families in navigating the realities of neurodiversity.
A parent-carer and autistic herself, Ritu founded Autism Parents’ Club from a simple belief: no family should feel they have to navigate this journey alone.
Through her writing, speaking, and community work, she shares honest insights, practical guidance, and the lessons learned from lived experience. Her approach combines compassion, understanding, and a commitment to helping parents feel more informed, supported, and connected.
